NOBO delivers daily team lunch to offices in Westlands. Every person picks their own meal, every meal stays inside your company's budget and dietary policy, and the whole office's order arrives in one delivery.
It is not a restaurant list with a company card attached. It is a managed lunch programme: the rules are set once by HR, applied to every order, and reported to Finance at month end.
A budget per meal, dietary rules, the kitchens you allow and the window for ordering. You set them once.
Lisa, NOBO's assistant, builds a basket for each employee from their tastes and your rules. They review it and check out.
Orders from the whole office are batched into a single trip, so lunch arrives together.
Our partner kitchens are in Westlands. Serving many offices in one area means a rider collects from the kitchen once and drops at your office once. That is what keeps lunch on time and keeps the cost of delivery low for the company.
In our Westlands pilot, orders from three restaurants were batched into a single delivery trip. Thirty-three employees across legal and creative-agency teams took part, with 100% retention through the pilot and 90% positive feedback.
Meals come from partner kitchens in Westlands, and your company can restrict orders to the kitchens it chooses. We deliver to offices in Westlands, Nairobi. If your office is just outside, send us the address and team size and we will review it case by case.
Office in another part of Nairobi? Join the waitlist. It is how we decide where to open next.
Meals an employer provides are not taxed as a benefit up to KSh 5,000 per employee per month under current KRA rules. NOBO tracks each employee's company-funded spend against that limit, so Finance can see where every person stands before month end. Please confirm the rule with your tax advisor.

Each person orders their own meal. NOBO batches the office's orders into one delivery, so lunch arrives together and reception takes one drop, not a queue of riders.
Your company sets the order window as part of its meal policy. We agree the window and the delivery time with you when your pilot is set up.
NOBO works best today for teams of about 10 to 40 people in one Westlands office.
A monthly platform fee based on team size, plus delivery. Restaurants invoice for the meals. Delivery is covered for the 14-day pilot, and we share current rates when you request one.
